Overview The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a proposal for the provision of Waste Management Services and Reporting across DEECA's metropolitan and regional sites throughout Victoria. Scope The scope includes: Waste collection services across DEECA's metropolitan and regional sites Waste disposal services Resource recovery services Recycling initiatives Data management associated with waste services Reporting on waste management activities and outcomes Contractor Requirements Significant experience and capability in delivering comprehensive waste management services, including collection, disposal, resource recovery, recycling initiatives, data management and reporting Responses must outline the supplier's approach to service delivery, continuous improvement and sustainability outcomes Compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements Tenderers must be capable of providing all of the goods and/or services sought and complying in full with the conditions set out in the RFT to submit a response Instructions to Tenderers This RFT package outlines the requirements, conditions and information governing the procurement process, structured to provide a clear understanding of the scope, participation rules, timelines, contractual expectations and response format. The RFT documents include: Part A, Request for Tender: Core RFT details and specification Part A.1, About this Invitation: Key procurement information, including timelines, contact points and submission instructions Part A.2, Statement of Requirements: Goods/services sought, expected outcomes and technical, operational and compliance obligations Part B, Conditions of Participation: Rules for participating, including probity, compliance and minimum standards Part C, Proposed Contract: Commercial, legal and performance conditions forming the basis of the final contract, to be updated following negotiation with the preferred supplier Part D, Offer (Response Schedule): Templates and forms respondents must complete and return to ensure consistent and evaluable submissions Only tenderers capable of providing all of the goods and/or services and complying in full with the conditions set out in the RFT should submit a tenderer's response.
