About this tender
Overview Phillip Island Nature Park Board of Management Inc (Nature Parks) is seeking suitably qualified structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, engineering geology and infrastructure inspection suppliers to undertake professional inspections, assessments and reporting across three Work Packages. Scope The scope includes: Work Package 1: Boardwalks and Pedestrian Structures, as defined in A3A Work Package 2: Buildings and Facility Structures, as defined in A3B Work Package 3: Non-Invasive Geotechnical and Coastal Hazard Inspections, as defined in A3C Tenderers may submit an Offer for any one Work Package or any combination of Work Packages. Each selected Work Package must be fully priced and resourced as a complete package. Nature Parks may award the Work Packages separately or together and is not required to award all Work Packages to the same Supplier. Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified in structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, engineering geology and infrastructure inspection Instructions to Tenderers A single set of common procurement and contract requirements applies to all Work Packages. Package-specific inspection methodology, technical requirements, asset and map-sheet schedules and deliverables are contained in A3A, A3B, A3C and A6. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A briefing session will be held for this opportunity, and a site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Attendance at the briefing is also a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
