Overview Mildura Rural City Council is seeking responses for the supply and delivery of a 4WD articulated motor grader. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of one (1) 4WD Articulated Motor Grader only Supply and delivery of one (1) 4WD Articulated Motor Grader with trade-in Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses can only be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel system. Respondents will receive a confirmation email upon completion. Submissions must be fully received by the closing time, as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
