Overview Brimbank City Council is seeking a contractor for the supply and installation of audio-visual hardware in the Council Chambers. About Council conducts public meetings (council business) in Council Chambers on the third Tuesday of each month, where Councillors attend in person or online, and broadcasts meetings via livestream on YouTube for public viewing. The current solution was implemented many years ago and relies on a combination of ageing analogue and digital technologies. Purpose The vision for Chamber AV consists of Teams Capable meetings as well as a completely integrated, self-managed, digital Audio-Visual system. This should enhance audio-visual quality and facilitate upgrade options such as electronic voting.
