Overview Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier for the Tracks CCTV Upgrade and Maintenance Program, covering the design, supply, installation, commissioning and support of a Tracks CCTV recording, management and access platform across its racetrack venues. Please note that this is an advance tender notice only. This notice may be updated from time to time and GRV reserves the right to change the procurement process, including the timelines which are indicative and subject to change, or to not proceed with the tender. About Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) is the statutory body responsible for regulating and promoting greyhound racing in Victoria under the Racing Act 1958 (Vic) (as amended). Its aim is to effectively manage, promote and develop a vibrant industry to ensure expansion and future wagering growth to maximise opportunities and returns for all participants. Greyhound racing is conducted at 13 greyhound racetrack venues across metropolitan and regional Victoria. The venues operate as live racing environments, with race meetings, trials, kennelling, veterinary examination and sample collection occurring on site. Tracks CCTV at racetrack venues serves an evidentiary purpose. Purpose GRV intends to upgrade its Tracks CCTV recording, management and access platform across all venues. Scope The scope includes: Design of the Tracks CCTV solution Supply of the Tracks CCTV solution Installation of the Tracks CCTV solution Commissioning of the Tracks CCTV solution Ongoing support of the solution under a whole-of-fleet service level agreement Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and support of CCTV solutions Instructions to Tenderers Tender documentation will be available for download via eProcure.
