About this tender
Overview Moonee Valley City Council is seeking to engage one or more suitably qualified companies to transport, dispose of and/or process recycling materials from the Moonee Valley Transfer Station under a schedule of rates agreement. Purpose The service will enable Council to manage the transport and disposal of waste in accordance with agreed rates, while ensuring all engaged contractors transport, process and dispose of materials in compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations and deliver the best possible Circular Economy outcomes. Scope The scope includes: Transport of recycling materials from the Moonee Valley Transfer Station Disposal of recycling materials from the Moonee Valley Transfer Station Processing of recycling materials from the Moonee Valley Transfer Station Delivery of services under a schedule of rates agreement Contractor Requirements Compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations in the transport, processing and disposal of materials Capability to deliver the best possible Circular Economy outcomes
