Overview The Department of Transport and Planning (VIC) intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Tullamarine Freeway Advertising agreement, which expires in May 2027. The Commercial Revenue team within the Department is seeking to release the RFP documents to the market in Q3 of 2026.
