The panel will support maintenance of V/Line’s rail network, delivering safe and compliant welding works and services across regional and metropolitan Victoria. Scope of Services The panel will cover provision of skilled labour and services for: Aluminothermic (Thermite) welding Manual Metal Arc (Arc) welding Services will include rail welding, inspection, finishing, defect rectification, and associated track maintenance activities.
