Overview The Department of Transport and Planning (VIC) is seeking tenders for barrier coating maintenance works on the eastern concrete viaduct of the West Gate Bridge, under contract reference DOT44466. Scope Barrier coating maintenance works on the eastern concrete viaduct of the West Gate Bridge Contractor Requirements Mandatory Tender Criteria Only tenderers prequalified at prequalification level B2 and F2 at the time of closing of tenders will be eligible to tender on this contract All tenderers must attend a mandatory site visit during the tender period West Gate Bridge confidentiality deed polls (individual and company) must be completed Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory site visit will be held during the tender period to allow tenderers to view: The site constraints, to determine where they would set up their elevated working platforms (EWPs) during the works The access constraints of the barrier elements to be coated An elevated working platform and operator will be provided by DTP, which can take one of the tenderer's representatives up to the barriers at a time. Each tenderer will be given an individual session lasting one hour.
