About this tender
Overview The City of Ballarat is seeking expressions of interest from a suitably qualified principal design consultant, together with required sub-consultancies, to provide design and delivery support services for the Winter Valley Community Hub. Purpose The detailed design will support the construction of an integrated community centre, with the kindergarten component to be operational for the 2030 kindergarten year. Scope The scope includes: Appointment of a principal design consultant and required sub-consultancies for the Winter Valley Community Hub Detailed Design Delivery of concept design documentation Delivery of schematic design documentation Delivery of detailed design documentation Delivery of design documentation in line with direction from the Project Working Group (PWG) Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified as a principal design consultant, with access to required sub-consultancies
