The scope of work comprises the provision of pipe pressure testing, cleaning, flushing and associated pre-commissioning services for piping systems across the Kwinana Swift Power Project Expansion (K2). The subcontractor shall provide all labour, supervision, plant, equipment, consumables, engineering support and documentation required to execute testing and cleaning activities in compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. This includes pressure testing, flushing, pigging, leak testing, chemical cleaning, lube oil flushing and associated support activities required to prepare piping systems for commissioning. Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable Contractors via an Invitation to Tender. Specifications and Standards: All works shall be executed in accordance with: • ASME B31.3 – Process Piping • AS 4041 – Pressure Piping • AS 2419.1 – Firewater Systems • Applicable Australian Standards (AS / AS/NZS) • Project specifications, approved procedures and testing requirements • Relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
