About this tender
Overview Services Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from organisations to provide agent services for 37.5 hours per week in Margaret River. About Services Australia contracts agents to deliver services and programs on its behalf, providing training and equipment. Agents help people in rural and remote Australia to access government services. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a face to face information service to the public Provision of free self-help facilities, including an internet enabled computer, Wi-Fi, phone, and scanner/photocopier/printer, to help people conduct business with Services Australia Contract Terms and Conditions The successful applicant will be paid in accordance with Services Australia's fee structure. The number of hours per week required for face to face customer service is reviewed each year, and payment will change accordingly.
