About this tender

Scope: The Contractor must make its own arrangements for the design, construction and removal of any temporary works as are necessary to carry out the Contract. Temporary works would be dependent on the Contractor’s methodology and may include: • establishment of the Storage site and Load-out site and the provision of all required services including but not limited to: Concept design, Method Statement and Program of Works Obtain approvals for the temporary works or other approval authority as required Environmental Management Plan • provision of moorings for vessels; and • any other works used in execution of the Works under the Contract but not forming part of the Works. The cost of providing temporary works including design, construction and removal at completion of the Contract shall be deemed to be included in the Contract Sum for the Works.
