Alliance Contract for Anketell Road Upgrade: Leath Road to Abercrombie Road

Overview Main Roads Western Australia (WA) is seeking to establish an Alliance Contract for the Anketell Road Upgrade, from Leath Road to Abercrombie Road. Scope The scope includes: Four lane dual carriageway upgrade of Anketell Road Grade separation at Anketell Road / Rockingham Road / freight rail Upgrades to Rockingham and Abercrombie Roads At grade intersection upgrades and local road modifications New accesses including to the Motorplex / Flinders Precinct / Port Major utility relocations and/or protections Shared pedestrian / cycle path infrastructure Contractor Requirements Pre-qualification: R4, B4 and F150+ This is a Commonwealth funded contract that requires compliance with the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme Any persons contracted to undertake the building work must be accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme, established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2016, at the time of RFP closing for the building work and while the building work is being carried out Tenderers intending to submit a bid as a Joint Venture must review the additional requirements outlined by Section 26(1)(f) of the Fair Work (Building Industry – Accreditation Scheme) Regulation 2016 by the Federal Safety Commission (located at http://www.fsc.gov.au) Enquiries Technical Contact: Sheenaz Sabackic Phone: (08) 93235420 Email: Contract301.25ARULA@mainroads.wa.gov.au
