The City of Karratha is calling for Tenders for the provision of suitably qualified Consultant to provide subdivision, survey, and strata titling services to support the delivery of a residential development project. The development is currently underway and the services will facilitate the establishment of land tenure arrangements aligned with the approved design, construction staging, and overall development programme. The Contractor shall provide all professional services required to deliver subdivision and strata titling outcomes for the residential development at Lot 481 Bajamalu Drive, Baynton. LODGEMENT OF TENDERS To obtain a copy of the Request for Tender documents please select the link on this page and follow the prompts. All enquiries are to be directed to Jo Gibellini via the City of Karratha etender online forum, under this Tender notice. There is an optional briefing/site inspection that will be held at 10am (AWST) on 9 July 2026. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting no later than Tuesday 7 July 2026 by email to commercial.property@karratha.wa.gov.au. Attendees must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including enclosed steel cap footwear and comply with any site access, safety and induction requirements advised by the Principal ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha etender Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. The Deadline for this Request is at 2pm (AWST) on 20 July 2026. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation. When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha etender Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the Lodgement of Tenders and Delivery Method section of the Request for Tender document. NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA ETENDER PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION. The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
