About this tender
Overview Expressions of interest are sought from vendors, performers, entertainers and community organisations to participate in the Denmark Christmas Festival (including Carols by Candlelight), to be held from 3pm to 7.30pm on Saturday 12 December 2026 at McLean Oval, Denmark WA. The event is free to attend and free to participate in. Scope The organisers are looking for the following types of participants: Market stalls and artisan products Food vans and food vendors Musicians, bands and performers Children's entertainers (including face-painters, comedy and circus acts, puppeteers etc) Christmas-themed activities (including Santa) Community groups and not-for-profit organisations Family-friendly attractions and experiences How to Apply Participation is completely free, offering an opportunity to showcase businesses, products or talents to the local community and visitors as part of the Christmas tradition. The final call for registrations is mid-November 2026.
