Overview The City of Belmont is seeking quotations for the supply, installation, configuration, migration and commissioning of a replacement core switching solution. About The existing core switching platform is a Cisco Catalyst 4507R+E providing Layer 2 and Layer 3 services for the corporate network. The existing platform is end-of-life (2013), no longer under vendor maintenance (last maintenance support will have been in 2018), and has experienced hardware failure (failed power supply) resulting in reduced resilience.
