About this tender

Overview Greatland Pty Ltd (WA) is inviting expressions of interest for the construction, installation, tie-in and commissioning of a new 33kV switchroom at Telfer, in support of the Havieron Project. The new switchroom will provide the connection of the new High Voltage transmission line to the Havieron mine site. About The Havieron Project is located in the Paterson Province of Western Australia, approximately 45 km east of the existing Telfer Mine. The Havieron Project is a brownfields development of an underground gold-copper mine, with ore hauled along a haul road in the infrastructure corridor to Telfer for processing using existing and expanded facilities. Scope The scope of services includes: Procurement and delivery of materials and equipment Surveying and setting out works Earth works Civil works, including access roads (+/- 1,700m2) and footings Earth grid installation Installation of switch room (26m x 4.5m), ten voltage transformers, conduits, cable ladder and support, cabling (+/- 19km), powerline modifications, 120m fencing and four gates Pre-shutdown demolition works Shutdown and cut over Testing and commissioning De-commissioning and demolition of redundant switchgear and cabling Instructions to Tenderers Specific scope requirements will be communicated to suitable contractors via an Invitation to Tender.
