About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake cooling schools mechanical services upgrade works at five nominated Department of Education sites. Scope The scope includes: Mechanical services upgrade works at Belmay Primary School, Gwynne Park Primary School, Kalamunda Primary School, Mt Helena Primary School and Mundaring Primary School Removal of gas heaters and evaporative coolers Make good of walls, floors, ceilings and roofs Supply and installation of air conditioning units Electrical connections Builders works Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in mechanical services upgrade works Site Inspection A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each site separately. The location and scheduled time of each briefing are as follows: Gwynne Park Primary School (11 Tijuana Road, Armadale WA 6112): Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at 9:30 AM Mt Helena Primary School (Lot 289a Keane Street East, Mount Helena WA 6082): Friday, 21 August 2026 at 9:00 AM Mundaring Primary School (855 Stevens Street, Mundaring WA 6073): Friday, 21 August 2026 at 10:30 AM Kalamunda Primary School (32 Heath Road, Kalamunda WA 6076): Friday, 21 August 2026 at 12:00 noon Belmay Primary School (410 Sydenham Street, Cloverdale WA 6105): Friday, 21 August 2026 at 1:30 PM
