Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking a contractor to carry out internal fit out works at 33 Daping Street, Katanning, on behalf of the Department of Communities. About The Department of Communities (Communities) and the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) are proposing to co-locate their Katanning offices to a new purpose built building. The consolidation of offices will support a single point from which child protection and family support and housing services will be delivered, aligning with Communities' workplace strategy. The site is located at 33 Daping Street, Katanning. Scope The scope includes: Full fit out of the building at 33 Daping Street, Katanning Creation of staff work spaces Creation of client interview rooms Accommodation of family services within the fit out The following works are excluded from the scope and will be undertaken as client works: ICT and AV Artwork Site Inspection A site visit will be held for this opportunity.
