About this tender
Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is inviting suitably experienced artists, or teams of artists, to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Percent for Art commission at Eastern Hills Senior High School. Artists from the Perth Hills areas are especially encouraged to apply. Scope The scope includes: Design and delivery of an external, functional artwork at Eastern Hills Senior High School Incorporation of informal seating within the artwork Incorporation of a shade structure within the artwork Contractor Requirements Suitably experienced artist or team of artists Eligibility Artists from the Perth Hills areas are especially encouraged to apply Contract Terms and Conditions Commission budget of $92,500 + GST An additional $1,500 + GST is available for shortlisted artists to develop their concept proposal Instructions to Tenderers Three artists or teams will be shortlisted from the EOI process. Shortlisted artists or teams will be invited to submit concept proposals and attend an interview.
