Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education (DOE), is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake covered walkway and shade structure upgrades at Hampton Park Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Design and construction of covered walkways at two locations at Hampton Park Primary School Completion of all compliance checks required for the works Preparation of final design and shop drawings for pre-approval by PFM Works can commence during term, with careful consideration required for high risk works and noisy works, which may need to be completed outside school hours. No architect or concept drawings are available. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit will be held at 1 Paine Road, Morley on 29 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. A mandatory site briefing will be held at Hampton Park Primary School, located at 1 Paine Road, Morley WA 6062. Attendance at the briefing is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
