About this tender
Overview The City of Melville is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the design and construction of a new, free-standing building to house Kardinya Netball Club and a public universal accessible toilet. About This project contributes to a larger strategic plan for Morris Buzacott Reserve, which includes future upgrades to the carpark and other infrastructure renewal projects over the next five to ten years. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Design and construction of a new, free-standing building to house Kardinya Netball Club and a public universal accessible toilet Preparation of ground levels to suit efficient drainage Installation of a septic system Renewal of irrigation, footpath and surrounding turf Repair and upgrade to the sub-main electrical switchboard Decommissioning and disposal of the existing sea container Retention and freshening up of the existing pergola Provision of all associated services, equipment and tools required to achieve the deliverables Engagement with statutory entities including Western Power, Water Corporation, the Department of Health, and the City of Melville's sub-departments of Environmental Health and Building Services Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the design and construction of buildings of this nature Responsible for identifying the sub-consultants required for the delivery of the services and deliverables Tender Briefing A mandatory briefing will be held for this opportunity.
