Event Coordinator Lake Ballard Concert May 227

Overview The Shire of Menzies is seeking written quotations from suitably experienced event coordinators to assist with the planning and delivery of the Lake Ballard Event, proposed to be held on 7 and 8 May 2027. Scope The proposed event will feature performances by the Perth Symphony Orchestra (PSO) together with school and community engagement activities. The engagement is proposed in two stages: Stage 1: Event Development Stage 2: Event Coordination and Delivery (subject to Council approval and confirmation of the event proceeding) Contractor Requirements Suitably experienced in event coordination Experience working with the Perth Symphony Orchestra or other professional orchestras is desirable Instructions to Tenderers Please refer to the enclosed RFQ document for full details.
