Overview The City of Belmont requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the supply of grounds maintenance services at Ascot Waters Estate. Scope The scope includes: Provision of grounds maintenance services at Ascot Waters Estate Maintenance of the areas marked as "Landscape and Turf Areas" on Appendix A - Grounds Maintenance at Ascot Waters Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in grounds maintenance services Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of three (3) years commencing 1 November 2026 Extension option of one (1) + one (1) year at the sole discretion of the Principal At the end of each 12-month period of the Contract, an increase in the Contract price based on CPI (Perth) September Quarter shall be applied based on the initial Contract price The Contractor must submit the new rates for approval within 30 days of the Contract anniversary date, and the approved rates will come into effect from the anniversary date or from the date the request is received, whichever is later
