About this tender

Overview The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified lead consultant or multidisciplinary consultancy team to deliver planning, stakeholder engagement, concept development, design work, and associated business case(s) for the Kalgoorlie-Boulder City Activation Project at the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Airport. Purpose This project forms part of an overall master planning and activation project for Kalgoorlie-Boulder, funded by a Regional Precincts and Partnerships Program grant from the Commonwealth Government. Scope The scope includes: Planning services for the Kalgoorlie-Boulder City Activation Project at the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Airport Stakeholder engagement Concept development Design work Preparation of associated business case(s) Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified lead consultant or multidisciplinary consultancy team Instructions to Tenderers A more detailed brief of the requirements is set out in Part 2, Specification, of this RFT.
