About this tender
Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Landscape Works at West Leederville Primary School. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of selected existing landscape elements Construction of new hard and soft landscaping across the site Installation of concrete and unit paving Construction of retaining and play walls, steps, ramps and level changes Installation of garden beds, mulch and softfall surfaces Installation of irrigated turf areas Planting of new trees and shrubs Delivery and installation of natural and proprietary play elements, including log steppers, balance logs, boulders, cubby structures, climbing features, slides and play tunnels Installation of a new irrigation system to service all new turf, garden and tree planting areas as per the consultant's specification and recommendation in Appendix 2 Site fencing to create a secure work zone and lay down area Preparation of a dilapidation report prior to commencement of works Service scanning of the work area prior to any excavation and demolition Liaison with PFM and West Leederville Primary School regarding the construction program to ensure minimal disruption to school operations Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking landscape construction works Information Requested Contractors are to provide two separate construction programs as part of their tender submission: The first program identifying the commencement and completion dates for the Main Priority Scope of Works (Northern Area) The second program identifying the commencement and completion dates for all works, including the Optional Scope (Southern Area) Contract Terms and Conditions Construction works for the Landscape Project are proposed to commence in the December 2026 school holidays and be completed before the return of school on 1 February 2027 Enquiries Contact: Mellisa Birdas Email: tenders.wa@programmed.com.au
