Overview The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders for the purchase of used plant assets being disposed of as part of the Shire's 2025/26 Plant Program. Scope The following assets are offered for sale: 2018 Toyota Prado GX Automatic Diesel Wagon, Registration WY28190, odometer approximately 128,000 km as at May 2026 2018 Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series WorkMate Manual Ute, Registration WY28116, odometer approximately 150,000 km as at July 2026 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection An optional inspection of the assets will be held as follows: Date: Wednesday 12 August 2026 Time: 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm Location: Shire Depot, 19 Bandicoot Drive, Kununurra Attendance: Optional Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents are available upon request from the Shire by emailing procurementservices@swek.wa.gov.au, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Potential respondents must provide their contact name, email address and telephone number. Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to procurementservices@swek.wa.gov.au before 12:00 pm (WST), Friday 14 August 2026. Tenders must be clearly marked "Tender T01-26/27 - Light Plant Disposal - 2025/26 Plant Program", placed in a sealed envelope and: Lodged in the Tender Box at the Shire Administration Office, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra; or Posted to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra WA 6743 Electronic and facsimile submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for submissions is 12:00 pm (WST), Wednesday 19 August 2026. Late tenders will not be accepted. Any potential respondent who canvasses Shire officers or Elected Members will be disqualified from the tender process.
