Site visit: A site visit will be held at Pilbara Ports Office, Lumsden Point, Port Hedland, 6721 on 27 May, 2026 10:30 AM. Mandatory Tender Briefing A mandatory Tender briefing will be organised for Wednesday 27 May 2026 commencing at 10:30am WAST. The Tender briefing will be hosted as a Microsoft Teams (online) meeting. Tenderers will be allowed to attend an online mandatory tender briefing provided that at least one of their participants attends the mandatory Site Visit. All costs incurred for the Tender briefing are to be borne by the Tenderer. Tenderers are required to register a maximum of 2 participants for the Tender briefing by 1:00pm WAST on Tuesday 26 May 2026 via Rebecca.Wilkinson@pilbaraports.com.au. Once registered, the registered participants will be sent an invite to the Tender briefing containing the link to join the Microsoft Teams hosted event. Non-registered requests will not be permitted. Tenderers are informed that any discussions held during the Tender briefing may be recorded and issued as Addenda. Recording or the use of AI programs to take notes are not permitted. Mandatory Site Visit A mandatory site visit will be organised for Wednesday 27 May 2026 commencing immediately after the mandatory Tender briefing at 11.30am WAST. All costs incurred for site visits are to be borne by the Tenderer. Tenderers are required to register a maximum of 2 participants for the site visit by 1:00pm WAST on Tuesday 26 May 2026 via rebecca.wilkinson@pilbaraports.com.au. Tenderers are informed that any discussions held during a site visit may be recorded and issued as Addenda. The Tenderer must ensure that when visiting the Site its personnel do so in accordance with PPA’s safety and other requirements. The Tenderer is required to wear full Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (PPE) during the site visit. Full PPE consists of safety footwear; safety helmet (hard hat); safety glasses with side shields to AS/NZS 1337 standard; high visibility clothing; long sleeve shirt and trousers; protective clothing as necessary and hearing protection as necessary.
