About this tender

Overview Greatland Pty Limited requires a suitably qualified vendor to manufacture and supply carbon steel pipes lined with HDPE for the underground dewatering network at the Havieron mine site, as part of the Havieron Project brownfields gold-copper development. Scope The package comprises piping anticipated to be as follows: DN200 Sch80 carbon steel pipe with CL300 flanges and 8mm internal HDPE lining Nominally 6m lengths, with a number of shorter variations required Total pipe length required for this project is in the vicinity of 2km Non-standard elbows and bends of varying radius and leg lengths Fittings, comprising non-standard tees, reducing spools, branch connections and special spools External protective barrier coating, with the paint system to be determined The scope of work is for the all-encompassing supply of pipe and fittings in accordance with issued engineering drawings and specifications, including provision for all labour, supervision, plant, equipment, consumables, QA/QC, testing, Manufacturers Data Record (MDR), and delivery to the Havieron mine site.
