Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the New Bike Track & Playground Upgrade at East Kenwick Primary School. Scope The work includes but is not limited to upgrading three existing school outdoor areas to provide improved play, recreation and landscaping facilities. The scope includes: Site preparation Minor earthworks Demolition New fencing Paved areas Play and activity equipment Bike tracks Softfall surfacing Turf Trees Garden beds Irrigation Tenderers are to refer to the project drawings and specifications for the complete extent of works. Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking works of this nature Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit and mandatory site briefing will be held at East Kenwick Primary School.
