Overview The Department of Housing and Works (WA) is seeking a contractor to undertake a fitout for the North Metropolitan Health Service in Subiaco. Scope The scope includes: Fitout of approximately 1,340 square metres of an office building in Subiaco Creation of open plan working areas Creation of meeting and focus rooms Creation of counselling and consult rooms Creation of storage rooms Creation of staff breakout areas Creation of a communications area Changes to mechanical services Changes to electrical services Changes to AV services Changes to hydraulic services Changes to fire services Sustainability requirements will apply to the works.
