Overview The City of Perth is inviting Offers to establish a panel of pre-qualified suppliers for the provision of occupational health, medical screening and health monitoring services. Scope The scope includes: Alcohol and other drug testing (random, causal and suspect) Pre-employment medicals, including functional and psychometric testing Medical reviews for declared prescription medicines Fitness for work assessments (physical and psychological) Health surveillance, including audiometry, vaccinations, and hazardous substances monitoring Instructions to Tenderers Offers are to be submitted in accordance with this Invitation for the establishment of a panel of pre-qualified suppliers.
