The Principals objective with this Request is to receive and review applications from prospective suppliers to join the Panel or Pre-Qualified Suppliers for the provision of ongoing minor weed control, weed management and spraying. To control exotic and declared weeds on verges and reserves, such as Watsonia, Blackberry, Bridal Creeper and Arum Lily. Various projects are currently undertaken in-house and the Principal reserves the right to separately tender project-based works. The Principal is unable to provide any guarantee as to the volume of services to be offered to Suppliers during the course of the Contract. The Contractor shall undertake all necessary services within the timeframes set out by the Principal on an as required basis. It is not expected that the Contractor is able to perform all of the below works. When making a submission, the Contractor must indicate which services they are able to provide. Weed Control: Footpath spraying Roadside spraying Natural area weed control Working with volunteers Specified areas on reserves and public open space; The Principal will direct the Contractor on the outcomes that are to be achieved and in what areas. REGISTRATION: Tender documents must be obtained after registration. ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 10.00am (AWST) Tuesday 7 July 2026 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Shire of Augusta Margaret River is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Shire of Augusta Margaret River staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
