Provision of Cast In situ Concrete Footpaths, Dual Use Paths, Crossovers and Misc Work

Overview The City of Kalamunda is seeking to engage a suitably experienced contractor to supply and construct cast in-situ concrete paths and perform miscellaneous related concrete works as per the items listed in the schedule of rates. Scope The scope includes: Removal of existing structures Construction of cast in-situ paths Construction of vehicle and pedestrian crossovers Construction of dual-use paths Construction of minor traffic treatments composed of cement concrete Construction on a sub grade prepared in accordance with the specifications Construction in conformity with the lines, grades, thickness and typical cross-sections shown on the plans and as directed by the Superintendent Miscellaneous related concrete works as per the items listed in the schedule of rates Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of three (3) years from the date of award Optional two (2) x twelve (12) month extensions, subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor at the City's discretion
