Overview The City of Rockingham is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide services for the redevelopment of the Rockingham Autumn Centre under Tender T26/27-01. Scope Provision of services for the redevelopment of the Rockingham Autumn Centre Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Two mandatory site inspections will be held for Tender T26/27-01. Attendance at one of the site inspections is mandatory, and a representative of each prospective tenderer must attend. Site Inspection 1: Commencing at 1:00pm on Thursday, 17 September 2026 Site Inspection 2: Commencing at 1:00pm on Thursday, 24 September 2026 Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents for T26/27-01 can be downloaded from 8am on Monday, 14 September 2026, by visiting the City's Rock Port portal: cityrockport.com.au and clicking on the "Tenders and quotations" tab. The downloaded documents provide all required information regarding this procurement process. Submissions may be submitted in hardcopy or electronically via the City's Rock Port portal.
