Provision of Testing and Maintenance Works for Fire Protection Equipment and Systems via a Cooperative Procurement Arrangement across participating Health Service Providers (HSPs)

Overview East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS), North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS), Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) have a requirement for the provision of testing and maintenance works for fire protection equipment and systems via a Cooperative Procurement Arrangement (CPA) across the participating Health Service Providers (HSPs). About NMHS will lead the Cooperative Procurement Arrangement and will facilitate the competitive procurement process on behalf of the participating HSPs via a competitive open tender process. Each HSP's participation in the CPA will occur either at commencement or progressively as existing contractual arrangements expire. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a comprehensive preventative maintenance service for fire protection systems and equipment located across the participating HSPs' sites Servicing the entirety of all HSPs or select packages of sites, as detailed in the Request for Tender (RFT) The RFT will detail the requirements for each HSP's facilities.
