Overview Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM), on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and the Department of Education, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a quadrangle upgrade at Balga Primary School. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Transforming the existing courtyard into an enhanced outdoor learning and recreation space New landscaping works Installation of irrigated turf and garden beds Installation of playground mulch areas Associated drainage upgrades to improve functionality, amenity and stormwater management Retaining existing site features where practical and integrating them into the new design Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking works of this nature Contract Terms and Conditions Demolition works are to be undertaken during the September school holidays All remaining works are to be completed during the Christmas school holiday period Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site visit and a mandatory site briefing will be held for this opportunity.
