About this tender
Scope of Work RTIO is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified vendors to provide R2 compliance testing support, compliance assessment, and model validation services for the upgraded Basler Electric DECS-450 AVR, including verification of its interaction and performance with the GTG6 gas turbine governor at YMPS. The scope will include development of testing methodology, execution support, model validation, compliance assessment against applicable requirements, and preparation of associated technical reports. The services are to include: • Participation in planning and coordination meetings related to the plant outage, R2 testing, and commissioning activities. • Preparation of a detailed R2 test plan with reference to SS-E144 requirement, including: 1) Test requirements: Documentation of compliance criteria, testing protocols, and pre-test documentation requirements. 2) Test measurements: Specification of parameters to be recorded, data formats, naming conventions, and recorder configuration requirements. 3.) Test overview: Description of the planned tests, including objectives and network requirements. 4.) Test procedures: Step-by-step instructions for each test, including pre-test preparations and post-test restoration requirements. • Execution of pre-R2 testing model simulations and preparation of the associated simulation report. • Provision of onsite R2 testing support, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), data acquisition, data conversion, and analysis activities. • Preparation of R2 model validation reports. • Assessment of generator performance and compliance against Rio Tinto and PHTR requirements at each designated hold point. • Compilation and submission of final model validation and compliance assessment reports. If successful, the Supplier/s will be notified of any changes prior to award.
