Overview The Shire of Mount Magnet is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of the Heritage Headmasters House and the construction of an Amenities Addition. The building is classed as a place of Exceptional Significance on inherit. This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks experienced and suitably qualified contractors to prepare and submit a tender that will achieve the desired outcomes for the Headmasters House Refurbishment development. Scope The Shire of Mount Magnet is planning development of the Headmasters House in two scopes: Scope 1: Refurbishment of Headmasters House Scope 2: Construction of Amenities Additions The tender must reflect the project documents as closely as possible, including but not limited to the specification, the architectural drawings, consultant drawings, the bill of quantities template and various consultant reports. Contractor Requirements The successful Contractor will be expected to operate with integrity, competence and professionalism The successful Contractor must achieve all outcomes necessary for the turn-key completion of the Headmasters House, ready for operation by the Shire as a community facility
