About this tender

Overview The Shire of Coorow is inviting applications for Building Maintenance Services within the Coorow and/or Leeman and Green Head townsites and the broader Shire of Coorow areas. Scope The scope includes: Provision of contract building maintenance services in respect of Shire owned premises and buildings, as determined by the Shire of Coorow administration General building and structures maintenance, such as building repairs required from time to time to Shire owned buildings, fences and similar structures Contractor Requirements The work does not include work required to be undertaken by a Registered Builder, Registered Painter, Registered Plumber, Registered Electrician, or a tradesperson holding a required licence, such as asbestos removal The Contractor is to supply all necessary building maintenance hand tools and equipment required to carry out the building maintenance work Contract Terms and Conditions Where plant or machinery is required to be hired for a particular building maintenance project, the cost of such hire shall be met by the Shire following prior approval Instructions to Tenderers Details and the Request for Contract Services are available here: Building Maintenance Services Request, Both Coorow and Coastal Applications close at 4.00 pm Friday 30 October 2026 and must be addressed to the Project Manager, PO Box 42, COOROW WA 6515, or emailed to projects@coorow.wa.gov.au. Applications must be clearly marked "Confidential – Building Maintenance Contract Services". Late applications will not be accepted. Canvassing of Shire of Coorow Councillors or Staff will disqualify the application.
