Overview The Shire of Corrigin is seeking tenders for the provision of bulldozer work on a cubic metre and hourly basis within the Shire, for gravel pushing and related earthmoving works to support gravel sheeting and general road works. About The Shire of Corrigin has approximately 770km of unsealed roads. Additional gravel resources are required each year to maintain and improve the condition of these roads to ensure serviceability and safety. Approximately 60,000 to 100,000m3 of gravel may be required to be pushed per year to accommodate the capital works and road maintenance program. Scope The scope includes: Provision of bulldozer work on a cubic metre and hourly basis within the Shire of Corrigin Mobilisation, plant, equipment and a suitably qualified operator for the works Gravel pushing in existing or new gravel pits, including ripping and stockpiling gravel Gravel pit rehabilitation General cut and fill earthworks Clearing of vegetation within existing road verges Other earthmoving as required Provision of the materials and services required to operate the machinery, including operator, fuel, servicing, mobilisation and demobilisation, registration and licensing, and traffic control Work will be carried out at various locations within the Shire of Corrigin, including, but not limited to, gravel pits and road verges.
