SITE VISIT AND BRIEFING Tenderers should attend the Site Visit and Briefing scheduled on: DETAILS Date: Wednesday 20th May 2026 Time: 8:30am Location: RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café) on Rottnest Island Confirm Attendance: By no later than 2:00 pm on 18 May 2026 via email at andrew.abercromby@dbca.wa.gov.au Tenderers are required to pay all costs for transportation to and from Rottnest Island. All arrangements for ferry travel are the Tenderers’ responsibility. Attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing is not mandatory and is not a pre?qualification criterion of this RFT. However, Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend to familiarise themselves with the site conditions, constraints, and the requirements of the Contract. Tenderers remain responsible for making their own assessment of the site and existing conditions, whether they were able or not able to attend the Site Visit and Briefing.
