About As Western Australia's leading hazard management agency, DFES performs a critical role in coordinating emergency services for a range of natural disasters and emergency incidents threatening life and property. To support this function, DFES relies on effective digital tools to coordinate, manage, and report on its activities. The use of Smartsheet within DFES has progressively expanded across multiple business areas, where it now serves as a core platform for planning, tracking, and reporting on operational and project based activities. This includes activities within the Asset Management and Learning Development business areas.
