Overview The City of Belmont is seeking qualified and experienced nursery suppliers to form a panel for the supply and delivery of plants for the City's Streetscapes & Parks. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of plants for the City of Belmont's Streetscapes & Parks, as detailed in the plant list and specification Contract Terms and Conditions The Contract Price and Schedule of Rates shall remain fixed for the initial twelve (12) month Term of the Contract Following expiry of the initial 12-month Term, any adjustment to the Contract Price and Schedule of Rates shall be subject to the provisions of Clause 4.8 (Project Specific Proposal) and the Principal's approval To facilitate advance planning, propagation, cultivation, and procurement of plants, the Principal shall provide the Contractor with an Annual Planting Schedule for the following Contract year no later than twelve (12) months prior to the anticipated delivery requirements Upon receipt of the Annual Planting Schedule, the Contractor shall submit a Contractor's Proposal, including proposed pricing for the required plant species, quantities, sizes, and specifications, in accordance with Clause 4.8 Any revised pricing proposed by the Contractor shall be subject to review and approval by the Principal and shall not apply unless approved in writing by the Principal If the parties are unable to agree on revised pricing, the Principal may engage other panel members or suppliers in accordance with Clause 4.8 Enquiries Procurement and Contracts Officer: Catherine Platts, Catherine.Platts@belmont.wa.gov.au Procurement and Contracts Officer: Ali Ahsan Memon, ali-ahsan.memon@belmont.wa.gov.au Coordinator Procurement and Contracts: Bridgette Johnston, bridgette.johnston@belmont.wa.gov.au
