Supply of Pipe Relining Services

Overview The City of Melville is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide pipe relining and associated stormwater drain cleaning, CCTV and patch repair services within the City, to assist with its current drainage upgrade and maintenance program. About The City has a requirement for the inspection of its stormwater network and to update its database as part of its stormwater network maintenance program. The City has a stormwater network of approximately 359 km of pipes of various materials, and identifies approximately 2% of drainage pipe each year with a diameter of 150mm or greater that require inspections. Scope The scope includes: Pipe relining services Stormwater drain cleaning CCTV inspection of stormwater drains Patch repairs to stormwater drains Pressure jet clearing where necessary Root cutting where necessary CCTV works where necessary as part of stormwater maintenance Servicing designated stormwater drain locations identified by the City on a preliminary map provided upon award of the contract Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in pipe relining and associated stormwater drainage services Contract Terms and Conditions Contract period of one year, with four additional 12 month option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the City The City will appoint one contractor for the provision of the services under the contract
