The Role The Change Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting change management activities across the AusAlert service, ensuring that proposed changes are appropriately assessed, documented, communicated, and implemented in a controlled manner. The role includes: Working closely with technical teams, service providers, stakeholders, and operational personnel Supporting change governance processes and facilitating change reviews Assessing risks and impacts associated with proposed changes Monitoring implementation outcomes Contributing to the continuous improvement of change management practices Maintaining the stability, resilience, and operational readiness of the AusAlert platform Supporting incident-related and emergency changes where required
