The role serves as the key interface between IDT and business stakeholders, translating technical priorities into clear business outcomes, driving alignment with GRDC’s strategic objectives, and embedding structured change management, communication, and engagement practices. It is accountable for fostering strong cross-functional relationships, supporting governance forums and performance reporting, ensuring compliance and risk management oversight, and enabling effective two‑way communication, ultimately maximising the value, adoption, and business impact of IDT services and digital transformation initiatives.
