Overview The Office of the Official Secretary to the Governor-General requires access to specialist TechnologyOne expertise to supplement internal capability and support the ongoing optimisation of its TechnologyOne environment. Purpose The arrangement will provide flexible access to skilled TechnologyOne resources when specialist knowledge or additional capacity is required to support business outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives. Scope While day-to-day system administration, user support and routine issue resolution are managed internally, specialist consultants may be engaged on an as-required basis to assist with: Complex issue resolution System enhancements Configuration changes Reporting Integrations Implementation of new functionality Contractor Requirements The supplier must provide appropriately qualified TechnologyOne functional and technical specialists Specialists must have experience supporting complex public sector environments
