Overview The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (ACT) is seeking an experienced ICT Configuration Manager to lead and enhance the Department's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capability. The Role The role is responsible for maintaining accurate and trusted configuration data to support service management, cyber security, change control, compliance, and operational support. Responsibilities include: Overseeing CMDB governance Improving data quality and integrity Supporting audit and security requirements Strengthening dependency mapping to improve change and release management Supporting integration of cloud services, automation, and emerging technologies into configuration management practices Role Requirements Strong stakeholder engagement skills Relevant experience in configuration management or IT service management
